    Ornegin 90 bpm e ayak uyduramiyosun ama 80 bpm de rahat ayak uyduruyosan bi sure 80 bpm de calis sonra 5 bpm arttir, baktin yapiyosun bi sure daha 85 de calis sonra 86 yap, boyle yavas yavas arttir. Direkt yapamadigin bi hizdan metronomla calismak fayda etmez.
